Petition to Annex Into the City of Seminole

The purpose of this petition is to express our community's interest in joining the City of Seminole, and request that the City annex the portion of unincorporated Pinellas as defined on the Let's Join Seminole! annexation area page.

We make this request for four primary reasons:

1. Lower property taxes
2. Restrictions on short-term rentals
3. Access to city services
4. Reduced trash and recycling rates

Our community would like this annexation to be included for a 2025 ballot, for annexation into the City of Seminole for the 2026 fiscal year.
